About OTHERSIDE FARMS Private Collective

Separate from
OTHERSIDE FARMS Medical Marijuana Information Center,
established December 2009, the OTHERSIDE FARMS Private Collective,
established late August 2011 was a non-profit, mutual
benefit corporation that operated completely within the
guidelines set by the state of California. We are activists
for compassionate care, abide above and beyond state laws,
advocates for the poor, needy and sick, with an ultimate
goal of providing safe access, as well as teaching patients
to be self reliant by teaching how to grow their own
medicine.
THE OTHERSIDE FARMS Private Collective is not your ordinary
"collective" and consists of actual hand-picked patients and
collective growers who take part in cultivation or other
collective activities regularly. That said, we are selective
of our members in that patients are approved by passing
special requirements.
Non-Profit Mission and
Purpose of Collective
The purpose of this
Collective is to engage in any lawful act or activity.
In the context of this general purpose, the Collective's
specific purpose and mission is to form a nonprofit,
incorporated collective/cooperative patient association
providing a variety of holistic health services to its
members, including, but not limited to, enabling its member
qualified patients and member primary caregivers to
cooperate in order to cultivate and provide medical
marijuana for an among themselves in accordance with (a)
California Health and Safety Code section 11.62.5
("Proposition 215" or "Compassionate Use Act of 1996"), (b)
Article 2.5, commencing with Section 11362.7, to Chapter 6
of Division 10 of the California Health and Safety Code ("SB
420") and the 2008 California Attorney General Guidelines
("AG Guidelines")

Grow Consultations for Patients
As we are a private collective we keep
the number of members to a minimal so we can be of better
service to all members, all the time.
We encourage all of our patients to
grow so
they can become self reliant or in the very least able to
supplement their medicinal needs.
